Processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes

By consenting to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, I confirm that:

I have been informed that for the purpose of direct marketing, the service provider NEVDA will process the following personal data about me for the duration of the contract or until the consent has been withdrawn: name, surname and e-mail address. Following the expiry of the term of processing for direct marketing purposes or if I withdraw my consent, it will retain the data on the fact of this consent for 5 (five) years from the expiry of the term of processing referred to in this paragraph or the withdrawal of consent for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending any legal claims;

I have been informed that my personal data processed for direct marketing purposes may be transferred by the service provider NEVDA to data processors who provide direct marketing services and process data on behalf of the service provider;

I am aware of my rights as a data subject: to know (be informed) about the processing of my personal data, to have access to my personal data and how they are processed at any time by presenting my identity document to the service provider NEVADA, to request the correction or destruction of my personal data, or to suspend the processing of my personal data, except for storage of personal data, where the data processing is carried out in breach of the provisions of the legislation, to demand that the personal data processed, if processed by automated means, are transferred by the service provider to another data controller or, if technically feasible, to me, to request information from the service provider NEVDA on the processing of my personal data, to contact the service provider at any time if I consider that they have violated my rights, and to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate in relation to the processing of personal data;

I am aware that I can inform the service provider NEVDA at any time that I do not wish to receive personalised offers and advertising. I can unsubscribe from offers and advertising by unchecking the box next to “Newsletters” in my account on the website https://www.elpako.lt. I can also unsubscribe from offers and advertising by clicking on the link in the newsletter I receive;
